Banner stands are the fastest way to put your brand in front of people at an event, a shop entrance or a reception. They fold down, travel in a bag and go up in a minute. The hard part is choosing the right one. Here's how the four stands we make most often compare.
1. Roll-up banner, narrow base: from KES 5,000
The classic. The print rolls into an aluminium base and pulls up onto a pole. It's the best all-rounder for offices, receptions, church events, school functions and exhibitions. It sets up in under a minute, and the print is protected inside the base between uses.
2. Roll-up banner, broad base: from KES 8,000
A heavier, wider base that stands firmer and looks more premium. Choose it if the banner will be used often, moved a lot, or placed where people brush past it. It's our pick for companies that exhibit regularly.
3. Teardrop banner: 3 m from KES 8,500, 4 m from KES 10,000 (minimum 2)
The tall, curved flag you see at car washes, petrol stations, shop fronts and roadside events. It's made for outdoors and catches attention from far away and from moving traffic. It's sold in pairs because two flags, one on each side of an entrance, work much better than one.
4. X-frame banner: from KES 5,000
A light frame that holds the print at four corners. It's easy to carry and quick to set up, which makes it good for short promotions, roadshows and one-off events. It's less sturdy than a roll-up, so keep it indoors or in sheltered spots.
Which one should you choose?
- Office reception or indoor event: narrow base roll-up.
- You exhibit often or want a premium look: broad base roll-up.
- Outdoors, roadside or a busy entrance: teardrop, in a pair.
- One-off promotion on a tight budget: X-frame.
Getting the artwork right
- Put the important stuff at eye level. The bottom 30 cm is usually hidden behind people and tables, so keep logos and phone numbers higher up.
- Few words, big letters. People read a banner in two or three seconds. Your name, what you do and how to reach you is enough.
- Send high-resolution files. A PDF or AI file with fonts outlined prints sharpest. If you only have a phone photo of your logo, our designers can redraw it.
Tip: When you replace a worn print, you often don't need a new stand. Ask us about reprinting only the banner and fitting it on your existing base.
Prices are starting prices for standard sizes and may change. We confirm the final price when you send your artwork.
